Auction Terms

The terms shown below are for example only. The terms provided for the specific auction will apply.

Buyer's Premium: 5% will be added to the bid amount and become the total payment due by the winning bidder.

Sales Tax: If applicable, sales tax will be applied to the invoice total, which includes Buyer's Premium. If your tax ID number is not listed on your Proxibid account, taxes will apply. International bidders are responsible for sales taxes unless they provide a Bill of Lading. All export purchases must be removed by a trucking company, which must provide a Bill of Lading with the purchases listed. Items will not be released without this document, or you may pay tax and be reimbursed once the Bill of Lading or a Dock Receipt is received.

Payment Options: Certified Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer is accepted. Credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are also accepted subject to a 4% convenience fee.

Payment Instructions: Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Complete payment is required within 7 days of the auction end date.

Responsibility: Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid. It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide insurance for their purchases immediately. Storage, tear-down, loading, and removal of item is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer.

Removal: Removal must be done within 5 business days after payment receipt to avoid a $100 per day storage fee.

Additional: All property is sold "as is, where is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Never Idle may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and during the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Never Idle be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Online Bidding: Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Never Idle shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Never Idle will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own valuation of the auction item.

Internet Service: Never Idle is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Never Idle or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Never Idle will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close. Never Idle reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
